Our Client i s a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing comprehensive primary, urgent, and preventive healthcare. Their team of physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, and staff deliver friendly, expert care to individuals and families. The client is offering a salary range and the following benefits:

$180,000-$220,000 Based on Experience
Productivity and Quality Incentive

  - Active License in The State of Indiana
  - DEA Certification
  - Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine Responsibilities :
    - Flexible Schedule. Monday Friday : Mon and Tue: 7:30a 6p, Wed and Th 7:30a-7p, Fri 7:45a-5p
      
      4 or 5 Days a Week - At Least 36 Hours
      
      20 Patients a Day
      
      Call by Phone Every 2 Months
      
      Seeing Patients of All Ages
      
      No Surgery, Standard Procedures
