Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Mechanical
Design.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee conceptual design through the functional prototype phase of
new products
Design, integrate, test, and deploy automation systems for
biological applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product
specifications and regulatory requirements are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required; minimum of 8 years of
experience in product development
Continuous Improvement Certifications such as Design for Six Sigma
(DFSS) are a plus
Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or medical
devices is desirable
Proficient with SolidWorks or similar 3D design software
Demonstrated experience in electro-mechanical design and automation
systems
