Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pipeline Programs to design and manage strategic programs for sales pipeline optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive pipeline strategy aligned with business goals
Design and manage pipeline generation programs, including lead generation and sales training
Establish and track key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, or related role
2+ years of experience leading teams
Proven track record of developing successful pipeline programs that drive revenue growth
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
