Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Incident Management Specialist
who specializes in Major Incident Management and corporate
communication.
Key Responsibilities
Support the response to major IT incidents, ensuring swift and
effective resolution
Act as the primary point of contact during incidents, maintaining
clear communication with stakeholders
Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and
improve future response efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field preferred
0 - 2 years' experience in an IT Incident Management role
preferred
ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT Service
Management frameworks preferred
