Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of HR Transformation and
Change.
Key Responsibilities
Drive HR transformation initiatives and process improvements
Manage HR transformation projects, including scope, budget, and
resources
Lead change management efforts and develop related strategies and
training programs
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 4 years of HR project management experience,
or
Master's degree with 8 years of HR project management experience,
or
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of HR project management
experience
At least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams
Project Management certification preferred; HR or change management
certifications are a plus
