- Relentlessly drive the execution and delivery of new features
and products
- Lead as a purposeful and empathetic engineering manager who
attracts and nurtures strong engineering talent
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and responsibility-based

- Be a multiplier and effectively manage engineers to drive
execution of roadmap and help team members develop their
careers
- Be a highly technical engineering manager capable of holding
your own in technical discussions
- Maintain high standards of engineering excellence and best
practices
- Operate in a rapidly evolving environment and be able to
quickly adapt and prioritize as needed
- Collaborate with senior management and build cross-team and
cross-functional partnerships to drive engineering efforts to
completion
- Be a business-minded and product-oriented engineering leader
and maintain focus on delivering outstanding customer
experiencesBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six to eight years of relevant technical experience
- Five or more years of leading a software engineering team
- Experience leading development of modern web/mobile
applications
- Expertise with React, TypeScript, and other related front end
technologies stack
- Expertise in agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and
time management skills
- Experience in financial services, payments, or transaction
processing is a plusThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule,
which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per
week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for

salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which
is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on

$133,365.00 - $156,900.00 - $172,590.00U.S. Bank will consider
