• Relentlessly drive the execution and delivery of new features and products
• Lead as a purposeful and empathetic engineering manager who attracts and nurtures strong engineering talent
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and responsibility-based environment and culture that empowers team members to grow and succeed
• Be a multiplier and effectively manage engineers to drive execution of roadmap and help team members develop their careers
• Be a highly technical engineering manager capable of holding your own in technical discussions
• Maintain high standards of engineering excellence and best practices
• Operate in a rapidly evolving environment and be able to quickly adapt and prioritize as needed
• Collaborate with senior management and build cross-team and cross-functional partnerships to drive engineering efforts to completion
• Be a business-minded and product-oriented engineering leader and maintain focus on delivering outstanding customer experiencesBasic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Six to eight years of relevant technical experience
• Five or more years of leading a software engineering team
• Experience leading development of modern web/mobile applications
• Expertise with React, TypeScript, and other related front end technologies stack
• Expertise in agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
