The Vice President, Capital Projects will lead Monolith's Olive Creek 2 (OC2) Project, a late-stage multi-billion-dollar brownfield expansion project located just south of Lincoln, Nebraska. The successful delivery of OC2 is a critical enabler of future chapters of Monolith's remarkable growth story. The Vice President, Capital Projects will play an instrumental role in Monolith's evolution while demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and passion.The Vice President, Capital Projects will oversee all onsite project activities, ensuring successful delivery of the project on schedule and on budget. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a robust background in managing large-scale capital energy infrastructure projects over $500 Million through construction and into full commercial operations. We seek someone who embodies a culture of urgency, innovation, and data-driven management. Strong leadership skills are critical, including the ability to interpret data accurately, communicate effectively, make swift decisions, and think creatively to address challenges.
