Lilly is investing around the world to create new state-of-the-art manufacturing sites and continue expanding our existing facilities to create capacity required to continue with our mission.What You'll Be DoingYour primary role as Global M&Q Product Manager, Tech at Lilly is implementing Digital Tech Transfer initiatives. In this role, you will provide Program Technical leadership with our Manufacturing sciences portfolio and governance. You will lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). As a Technology leader, you will see opportunities to digitalize Tech Transfer and Process Monitoring strategy in enabling new technologies.How You'll Succeed

• Strong understanding of corporate computer system validation requirements according to Lilly Quality Standards.
• Must communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor and stay abreast of evolving business and technology trends in Digital Manufacturing.
• Experience with cGMP regulations and Data Integrity requirements.
• Strong understanding of Tech Transfer process in GMP Manufacturing.
• Implementation of Standards in PLM, Data standards, enabling AI agents in Tech Transfer process.
• Must have Tech acumen in working with Technology Vendor partners and Product Management.
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices and standards.What You Should Bring
  • Experience with Tech Transfer processes and Lab Processes.
  • Must have Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) knowledge.
  • Development of AI agents, AI/ML technologies, digital product and process knowledge models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with modern technology stack including cloud-based solutions, Artificial Intelligence.
  • Additional Experience in the following would be preferred but not required:
  • QbDvision PLM, MES in Manufacturing and Quality.
  • AI in Manufacturing.
  • Lab systems integration and exchange.Your Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related technical field.
    • 7+ years in IT leadership, Program Manager roles, Quality and Manufacturing strategies.
    • Relevant leadership experience in enterprise IT platforms within a highly regulated industry.Additional Preference
      • Excel in negotiation and driving consensus across complex stakeholder groups.
      • Passion for working on a team from diverse backgrounds and geographies.
