A company is looking for a Senior Vice President - Digital to lead and shape digital initiatives and drive transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement a digital vision and strategy that aligns with business goals
Build and lead a high-performing digital team to support end-to-end initiatives
Drive the creation of impactful user experiences across digital platforms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Technology, or a related field
20+ years of experience in digital transformation, UX, and product management
Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in delivering impactful digital products
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies
