Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Director Real World
Evidence (RWE).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct advanced database analyses and generate actionable insights
from complex data sets
Lead RWE and outcomes research studies, collaborating with project
engagement leads
Mentor junior staff and oversee data validation, management, and
statistical analysis tasks
Required Qualifications
Master's or post-graduate degree in Health Economics,
Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, or a related
field
5 to 8 years of post-graduate experience in data analysis within
healthcare or pharmaceuticals
Practical experience with SAS-BASE, SAS-STAT, or R for statistical
analysis
Familiarity with Snowflake or SQL is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
