Job Description:

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Director to provide leadership and strategic direction for cash applications, accounts receivable, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Receivables, Collections, and Remittance teams, executing strategic initiatives and enforcing accounting policies
Develop and implement collections strategies to minimize outstanding balances while maintaining client relationships
Monitor collections performance metrics and report on key findings to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5-8 years of relevant experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to supervise and motivate a team
Workday PSA experience preferred
