Locally owned auto dealership looking for a general manager to maintain smooth daily operations at our high-volume automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of automotive management experience. You will oversee the team by assisting the sales and service managers in implementing a successful growth strategy. Responsibilities:
--- Recruit and hire variable operations team members.
--- Maintain good relationships with finance companies, owners and all staff while working to achieve dealership goals.
--- Meet customer satisfaction expectations by interacting with and promptly resolving any issues.
--- Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines set for automotive sales.

Qualifications:
--- Five years of automotive management experience.
--- The ability to read in interpret KPI, and P&L statements.
--- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
