A company is looking for a Health Coach - Wellness - Registered
Respiratory Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize clinical training to provide health support and solutions
for members with chronic conditions
Perform telephonic assessments to evaluate member needs and
readiness for change
Engage members in developing wellness goals and monitor their
progress through care plans
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
2 - 4 years of related experience
Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
Experience with Asthma and COPD preferred
Must reside in Texas for this remote position
