Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager in the
Health sector.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with
internal partners and clients
Manage ongoing client service relationships through regular
meetings and effective communication
Serve as the primary client contact responsible for overall
satisfaction and management of the client relationship
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years prior account management experience
4-year college degree or industry-specific designation or
equivalent experience
Knowledge of general health benefits and insurance carrier
processes
Ability to evaluate client plans and provide recommendations for
improvements
Experience in client retention and identifying cross-sell and
upsell opportunities
