Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
provide exceptional service to business clients in the commercial
insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries regarding commercial insurance
policies, claims, and billing
Assist clients with understanding their policies and guide them
through the claims process
Maintain accurate customer information and process payments and
policy changes
Required Qualifications
Current California Property and Casualty license as an agent or
broker
Experience using TAM - Applied Systems software program
Knowledge of property casualty insurance and claims processes
Experience in a call center customer service environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management
