Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pijin Transcription Team Manager to
oversee a team of transcribers in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor team progress and ensure timely project completion
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training transcribers
Troubleshoot issues reported by transcribers during their work
Required Qualifications
Full proficiency in the Pijin language
Professional experience in Linguistics, Translation, Transcription,
or localization preferred
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with both MAC and PC
platforms
Ability to onboard within two weeks
Experience using Upwork is preferred
