• Preferred but not required: CVOR Team experience
• Certifications to be completed and primary source verified by the documentation due date.

  • * MUST HAVE OPEN HEART EXPERIENCE and BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ALL OTHER SERVICE LINES (general, gyn, vascular, urology, podiatry, ortho, spine)
  • Start: ASAP
  • Length: 13 Weeks
  • Certified Tech Preferred but not required.
  • ** CVOR Team will float between Miami Valley Hospital and Atrium Medical Center Campus**
    • Job Requirements
    • Education: High School graduate or GED required.
    • Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology (civilian or military), Associate of Arts Degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited technical or Liberal Arts College or 10 plus years experience as a Surgical Technologist.
    • Certification: Current CPR certification.
    • Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: Days 8 preferred, will consider 10s or 12s
      • Call: At minimum 1-2 days a week and minimum one weekend a month (Fri-Sun)

        • I9 required per contract.
        • Government Issued Photo ID is required.
        • Everify required per contract.
        • Proof of Name Change, if applicable.
        • Residency Declaration Form required for compact nursing license.
