Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-time Operational Coordinator
(Chinese-Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with market training managers to identify content for
migration into the Learning Management System
Work with commercialization deployment leads to receive operational
guidance and tools
Provide services in Chinese for effective review and analysis of
learning content and communication with training managers
Required Qualifications
Complete fluency in English and Chinese
Proficiency in Excel, preferably including formulas
At least 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate
environment preferred
Motivation to learn new skills, content, technology, and systems
applications
Must be available to work during normal business hours in China
Standard Time
