Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage
clinician onboarding and cross-boarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding and cross-boarding process for new and
existing clinicians, ensuring effective communication and
support
Build relationships with clinicians and collaborate with internal
departments to enhance retention and resolve conflicts
Initiate collection of clinician documents and facilitate support
calls with Credentialing and Enrollment as needed
Required Qualifications
College degree preferred or 3 years of relevant experience
demonstrating critical thinking and decision-making skills
Project coordination and/or management experience is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
