Job Description:
A company is looking for a Post Market Surveillance Specialist
(Remote/Flexible).
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage the Complaint Documentation process, including
reportability determination and data analysis
Maintain accurate documentation related to complaints and special
projects, and assist in audits
Support the review and investigation of adverse events and perform
product reviews and failure analysis
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in medical device
complaint evaluation or vigilance reporting
1-2 years of experience in complaint handling
1-2 years of experience in data management and record keeping in
the medical device field or related areas
Willingness to pursue additional learning and build qualifications
in a professional field
Ability to demonstrate system level expertise of databases
