Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts and Grants
Specialist to support its international grants and contracts
portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Administer a diverse post-award contracts and grants portfolio,
ensuring customer satisfaction and quality of work
Prepare and negotiate various contractual instruments in compliance
with policies and regulations
Engage in pre-award compliance risk reviews and provide guidance on
subcontracting matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 9 years of work experience, or a
Master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience
At least 7 years of progressively complex full-cycle contracts
experience
Substantial knowledge of federal rules and regulations, including
Uniform Guidance and FAR
International experience and familiarity with major donors such as
USAID and the United Nations
Experience in negotiating a variety of contractual instruments
