Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complaint Handling Intake Associate
(Remote/Flexible).
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and process complaints to ensure proper coding and
assessment
Assess reportability for low-risk complaints using decision
trees
Maintain accurate documentation related to complaints and special
projects
Required Qualifications:
AS degree in a technical or scientific discipline, or a High School
Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred experience in complaint handling
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in PC skills, including word processing and
spreadsheets
Ability to work in a high-stress environment and make quick
decisions
