Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Account Representative to
manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer
service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and respond to inquiries via telephone and
email
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues and ensure
compliance
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert
knowledge and support
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with four years of customer service
experience, or an associate degree with two years of experience
Experience with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics or
Salesforce
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Experience in a corporate or retail customer service
environment
Willingness to work a specific schedule including weekends and late
nights
