Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vendor Performance Analyst to
assess and monitor vendor performance in outsourced activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and apply performance metrics and KPIs to analyze and
report vendor performance
Prepare reports on vendor performance and assist in developing
corrective action plans
Coordinate projects and activities of multiple Vendor Operations
Analysts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems,
Finance/Accounting, or relevant field
5+ years in operations/processing position required
3+ years of analytical and data processing experience required
Experience in cultivating strong relationships with internal
stakeholders and external vendors
