SummaryThe Product Supply Team is a dynamic and highly analytical
group, committed to ensuring the seamless allocation and timely
availability of products in support of critical business
operations. We play a pivotal role in managing reserve contracts,
forecasting demand, and working closely with cross-functional teams
to optimize inventory levels and meet urgent supply challenges.The
impact of our work extends beyond the business itself, as the
products we manage are essential for timely testing and diagnosis
within the community. Our commitment to accuracy and efficiency is
vital in ensuring that these life-saving products are available
when they are most needed, contributing directly to public health
and well-being.This internship position is located in Indianapolis,
IN (on-site). The Opportunity
- Support development and maintenance of demand forecasts based
on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
- Lead/Participate in process improvement initiatives. Develop or
assist in the development of departmental protocols.
- Executes and manages support functions, reporting, and
databases.
- Coordinates with organizational stakeholders on developing and
executing strategies for materials on supply interruption.
- Conduct rationing/allocation of product supply.Program

- Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid
internship.
- Program start dates are in May/June (Summer).
- A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help
alleviate costs associated with the internship.

industry.Who You AreRequired Education. You meet one of the
following criteria:- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled
student).- Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently
enrolled in a graduate program).Required Majors: Business
Administration, Supply Chain and/or related fields.Required Skills:
- Strong computer skills with competence in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication (oral and written), collaborative problem
solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment in a
fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles.Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- Competence in SmartSheet and SAP applications.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of materials management and logistics.Relocation
benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected
salary range for this position based on the primary location of
Indiana is $20-26 an hour. Actual pay will be determined based on
experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other
job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies
