Primary Purpose:
The purpose of the Residential Sales Estimator position is to
complete in-home estimates with customers where you will use a
consultative approach to uncover the details of their projects and
identify the best solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct sales and estimating procedures based on leads provided
by the company.
--- Establish and nurture important connections with similar
businesses and real estate professionals.
--- Prepare painting estimates for both residential and small to
medium-sized commercial projects.
--- Create proposals and deliver engaging presentations to
customers.
--- Maintain productivity standards and manage a sales pipeline
effectively.
--- Ensure timely follow-up on all estimates, inquiries,
complaints, and other forms of communication.
--- Honor appointments with customers and attend team meetings and
training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
--- 1-2 years of sales experience.
--- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of Military experience.
--- Ability to use basic business technology and customer
relationship management software.
--- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and
problem-solving skills.
--- Ability to prioritize and work independently, must be a
self-starter.
--- Must pass a background check and insurability evaluation.
