Behavior Analyst.

to clients that are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and
other related disorders, enabling them to reach their full

Qualifications
Education:
Must hold a Master's Degree or higher
Certifications:
Active BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst
Certification Board
Additional Requirements:
CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) must be completed
within 30 days of employment
At least 1 year of working as a BCBA is preferred
Availability Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Some evenings may
be required.
What does the position look like?
This is an in-home and community-based BCBA position. The BCBA will
f ollow best practice standards and ethical guidelines set forth by
the BACB while conducting initial and ongoing assessments , d
eveloping and implementing individualized treatment plans and
behavior intervention plans, and while directly supervising
registered behavior technicians. The BCBA will collaborate with
other professionals and service providers to provide a continuum of
care and prioritize caregiver training and participation.
