Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Senior Director
(Product).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of an effective compliance
program for products and services
Provide compliance advice to product development, sales, and
marketing teams regarding consumer financial services
Conduct internal monitoring and testing of product compliance and
review marketing materials
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in consumer financial services
compliance, preferably at a law firm or in-house
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the
New York bar or another state bar
Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and consumer financial
services compliance programs
Experience interacting with financial regulators and conducting
compliance testing
Expertise in fintech products, money service businesses, and
federal/state licensing
