Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Payment Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall payment processing operations in collaboration with
various teams and external partners
Optimize payment processing architecture to enhance customer
experience and reduce chargebacks
Lead chargeback prevention efforts and maintain vendor
relationships while ensuring cost efficiency
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in payments within a SaaS or
subscription-based environment
Expertise in credit/debit card processing and familiarity with
alternative payment methods
Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe and Adyen
Strong understanding of payment settlement and reconciliation
processes
Bachelor's degree preferred
