Job Description:

A company is looking for a Servicing Strategy Manager to optimize and innovate their servicing and recovery team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and track collections initiatives using data insights and behavioral modeling
Analyze and test recovery strategies to enhance borrower repayment rates
Track and report on initiative success through performance monitoring and KPI analysis

Required Qualifications

Extensive collections knowledge in consumer lending and debt recovery
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in collections outreach
Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, or Looker
Innovative mindset to rethink traditional servicing approaches
