BLS - Basic Life Support
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
State License 1 Verification
- Job Details
- Holiday rotation
- Weekend rotation 4 weekends out of 6
- 3-12 hour shifts 7p-7a
  - Job Requirements
  - Required - Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
  - Valid Picture ID (State Drivers License, Passport, or State ID Card)
  - Primary Source Verification
  - State License 1 Verification
    - Additional Details
    - ACLS required for: ACU, Cath Lab, CCU, DOU, ED/ER, ICU, L&D, OR, PACU, RT, SDS and Tele
    - ENPC is acceptable in lieu of PALS. Required for: ER, PACU, Cath Lab, RT, SDS & all Pediatric RNs
    - Must score 80% or better. Required within 1 year of start.
    - Color Blind Exam is required within 1 year of start.
    - Required for all RNs within 1 year of start.
