With over 30 years of tenure and a valuation exceeding $1B, this company is depended on by numerous clients and is always looking to add qualified individuals to the team.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day operations of construction projects from start to finish.Oversee on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to review project designs and resolve any issues.Maintain strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being done according to quality standards.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.Track and report project progress, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Lead and mentor junior superintendents and field staff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
